About Me

I am Manisha Kadagathur, a senior HR professional and entrepreneur with decades of experience in Asia, Middle East and the US. I have worked and consulted with organisations large and small, helping build teams and shape company culture to deliver business outcomes in companies like GlaxoSmithKline, Aon, Bharti Axa, AEGON Life, Alliance Data Systems, Siemens to name a few. My areas of interest include workforce planning, leveraging HR technology and a coaching culture. I have a bachelor’s degree in Math and Computer Science and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
