As a sensitive girl, she ventured into the professional world without an important advice that could have saved her a lot of heart burn. Suddenly there was a lot critical feedback coming her way and that perplexed her.
Then a mentor came along and told her that critical feedback is never personal. It is important and we all need feedback but we must process it with the right mindset. We have to leverage every piece of feedback to enable us to grow as professionals and as individuals.

Critical feedback is actually a gift ! It helps us to strive for excellence. It’s no point getting bogged down with critical feedback. Rather it is essential to sharpen ourselves.
