In an attempt to expand its horizon beyond Kolkata, Cygnus Centre of Excellence conducted a program on Career Orientation and Soft Skills at Lakshmikantapur, in collaboration with Ranu English Academy. The program was held on 27th May from 11.30 a.m to 1.30p.m . It was an interactive session with around 80 participants most of whom have been pursuing post-graduation and some some have been pursuing graduation.

The session speaker Sandip Banerjee highlighted how communication skills could make effective changes in the scope for success in Vocational Career opportunities. Next it was the Career Guidance part and volleys of question came from the audience. Off Beat career and Alternative Career opportunities were discussed with information about how to implement career plans. Sandip Banerjee focussed on guidance to future Vocational attainment through different training procedures.

Sandip Banerjee said ” An illuminating experience holding a session on Career Orientation, addressing students of Graduation and Post Graduation. The session was organised by Cygnus Centre of Excellence in collaboration with Ranu English Academy. The interaction helped me a lot about understanding Vocational inclination of the young minds .”
