About Me
I have been a “Life Skills” Consultant for over 30 years. During this very insightful journey, I have worked very closely with Professionals in various fields, domains, verticals and countries. On one spectrum I have dealt with fresh professionals and at the other end of spectrum, I have dealt with CEOs, CFOs, MDs etc.
I have seen the struggles the professional have to go through given the competitive and complex environment they work in today. Today’s professional requires “special ammunition” to achieve results consistently and constantly amidst the challenges and constraints.
I help develop these “special ammunition” amongst these professionals, using psychometric tools, training, coaching , counseling and hand holding them whenever necessary.
