After a forced break of 2+ years the Cygnus team launched itself into the sleepy town of Vyara for a 2 day program on orientation for teachers. The day (literally) kicked off with some physical activity as Ryan Shaw led the teachers to a one hour lively zumba workout.  Jason Pote then took the floor and took the teachers through Classroom Management post the Covid era.  The afternoon session was a brief overview on the National Education Policy and the day rounded up with an effective and motivational talk by Ryan Shaw.

On popular demand, Ryan had to conduct another Zumba session. Stress and the causes of stress was the next topic. Stress management techniques were discussed. After lunch, and before the teachers dozed off, there was a game to highlight the need for effective communication skills. The program was founded off with another fun activity before we rushed to the airport.
