Communication Workshop- For Zydus Sales Team- Mumbai
It was a wonderful experience partnering with Inspire ACE to conduct a communication skills and self development workshop for Zydus , a leading global pharmaceutical firm in Mumbai, The workshop was conducted by Aparna Sengupta Khastgir of Inspire ACE and Rajrupa Chakravarty of Cygnus Minds. The workshop was primarily organised by Inspire ACE as commissioned by Zydus. The participants were of varied experience levels – freshers and veterans with over 18 years of experience. The team dealt with gynaecologists as their clients.
It was a day long workshop dealing with various aspects of communication and how to overcome barriers and challenges along with practical tips, exercises and interactive sessions and role plays.
The workshop was conducted on 17th August 2023.

I have taught as a lecturer in Rani Birla Girls’ College, Kolkata, Victoria College, Kolkata and Jadavpur University, Kolkata, to both the undergraduates and postgraduates. My areas were Shakespeare, Milton, Victorian and Modern Poetry. I had also been an examiner for the bachelor’s degree under the Calcutta University. I am currently editing the final manuscript of my book on ‘An end; and that is all.’ Closure in Shakespeare’s Classical Tragedies and Poems for the general readership. I am an examiner for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists where I assess the soft skills of the postgraduate doctors who aim to work in the United Kingdom. I train Italian professionals in business English, run workshops for various corporate firms and give motivational talks to schools and colleges organised by the Rotary Sadan, Kolkata and various publishing houses. I am the Founder-Director of a career counselling institute called ACE Inspire. While Advanced Centre for English teaches functional & communicative English, Inspire is an offshoot, created as a career advancing institute to facilitate students to write various competitive examinations, both national and international. In a valued partnership with BIRTH, a busy fertility centre in Kolkata, ACE Inspire has also launched a charitable trust named BIRTH Inspire Foundation to provide support and platform for a civil society represented by informed people. I have also collaborated with Apollo MedSkills in Hyderabad, a Healthcare Skill Development Company of Apollo Hospitals Group. Together we have flagged off this service in Kolkata under the banner of AGK Apollo MedSkills Professionals Services Pvt Ltd.
