Calling Etiquette – Effective Tips and Practices
We at Cygnus partner with corporate companies to provide effective communication skills/Business communication training and workshops for employees, workplace leaders, and companies. The training sessions are interactive with pre and post training assessment, trouble shooting, handling specific pain points in enhancing effective communication and also devising templates and protocols to ease the communication process.
It was a wonderful experience for Cygnus Minds to conduct a training on Calling Etiquette for the entire back office team of Trinity Tradex Pvt Ltd.

The Team
The team handles multiple tasks like cold calling, customer handling, service queries, negotiation, sales calls, grievance handling,crisis management,trouble shooting and follow up calls.Most of the team members were veterans and had been with the organisation for long tenures. There were some newcomers as well.

Rajrupa Chakravarty undertook the training covering all aspects of effective client calling and telephone etiquette. Cygnus is thankful to Samit Banerjee for trusting us with this training and the wonderful hospitality.
